MONTCLAIR, NJ (January 13, 2017).  Beginning January 2017, TBH will partner with Acts Retirement-Life Communities on their new brain training initiative.  Acts will kick off their new brain health wellness platform for residents using the full suite of TBH Toolkits, facilitator-led brain training programs, across their 21 campuses.

Total Brain Health is a leading provider of social-based brain training for the 50+ living and fitness markets. Beginning this month, Trilogy will offer either the TBH BRAIN WORKOUT or TBH MEMORY courses, cutting-edge brain training classes from Total Brain Health, across 5 campuses throughout Indiana. TOTAL BRAIN HEALTH PARTNERS WITH SAGE ELDERCARE TO PROVIDE MEMORY FITNESS CLASSES Press Release
 
Montclair, NJ, MAY, 23, 2016 – Total Brain Health (TBH) is proud to announce that it will host a series of 4 FREE TBH MEMORY training classes for SAGE Eldercare community members in Summit, NJ throughout June 2016.

 

The TBH MEMORY classes are designed to teach valuable memory strategies to rev up recall. Students will learn how memory works and why we forget, plus simple and effective strategies for improving retention. Classes will run for one hour each week and will include take-home materials for added learning. Jill Smith, PhD licensed clinical psychologist, will be the course leader.

 

“We are looking forward to offering this series of classes at SAGE. The Total Brain Health Memory training classes reflect SAGE’s ongoing effort to better educate the community on memory techniques,” said Fred Jenny, Executive Director of SAGE Eldercare.

There are 46.8 million people with dementia worldwide, and a new case occurring every 3.2 seconds, according to Alzheimer’s Disease International.  These numbers are growing and the population of people with Alzheimer’s is projected to double every twenty years.
